Famous and rendered into other formats, Not a Penny Less, Not a Penny More is an interesting novel by Jeffrey Archer. It all begins, actually, with four unknown men with full agreement joining hands to take revenge from Harvey Metcalfe, a manipulative, treacherous American stock market maestro who fooled them and they had to face penury, the purgatory for an investor on the earth. They are ready to do whatever is necessary to extract their money from Harvey. This is the plot of this book that later turned into a TV series and movie too. It is highly thrilling to know whether they will succeed in their mission or not. What strategy would they devise to trap Harvey? Would he be trapped in their plan? Will Harvey die? Would Harvey come to know about their plan and would he again trap them? The book has the right amount of surprises that unfold at the right time to keep you on the edge of your seat. Still, at times you find it a little slow. All the characters are very well developed and the amount of humour they sprinkle on every page is definitely worth a read.  However, there are some episodes in the book where the female character is physically abused. Being a woman, it wasn’t acceptable to me. If you are interested, you can get the novel from Amazon India right now. Click the link below:
