There are books that you read just because many others have read them. The Art of War by Sun Tzu, with ambiguities about the authorship, is one such book that belies the readers. Many have tried to forcefully ascribe psychological and philosophical traits to the book in spite of it being a hardcore war strategy book that might have lost most of its USP in the modern era when nobody bothers about the ancient ways of destruction as we have Twitter and Facebook, Instagram and Reels… the modern ‘killing them softly’ machines. Do you really need anything more? The Art of War, on the flip side, might be interesting if you watch movies and keep creating strategies in your mind. All the best!
